Boskennel Mill, Ludgvan, Cornwall.

The change of use of a dis-used two storey stone barn into a modest sized two bedroomed dwelling including a single sotrey extension. The challenge was to create enough habitable accommodation within the shell of the old stone barn while maintaining the character of the building. The design of the dwelling also required careful consideration because as the name suggests, Boskennel Mill, the building is in a valley near a stream and needed to take into account the potential flood risk.
